Introduction to the Program

Skanthayoga proudly organized a six-month program entitled ‘Happy Yoga, Happy Life’ aimed at B40 category individuals in collaboration with APPGM. This initiative was designed specifically for those residing in Hulu Langat, Selangor, and aimed to uplift the community through enriching yoga practices. The program was structured as a weekly engagement that successfully culminated in providing invaluable lessons about well-being.

Comprehensive Curriculum

Throughout the duration of the program, participants were introduced to various topics focusing on the holistic aspects of health. Key areas of exploration included physical fitness, mindfulness techniques, and the principles of yoga. These sessions were crafted to not only enhance physical strength but also to foster mental stability and emotional resilience. Each class was an opportunity for participants to connect deeply with themselves and learn essential skills for stress management.
